Funding depends on your approved NDIS plan.

To apply for the NDIS, follow these steps:

1. Check your eligibility on the NDIS website.

2. Contact the NDIS by calling 1800 800 110 to request an Access Request Form.

3. Provide evidence of your disability from a medical professional.

4. Submit the completed form.

Once accepted, an NDIS planner will contact you to create a personalized plan.

An NDIS plan outlines your approved funding and the support you can access. It includes your goals and details of the services covered.

You can manage your NDIS plan in one of three ways:

1. Self-managed: You control your funding and pay providers directly.

2. Plan-managed: A Plan Manager handles payments and record-keeping for you.

3. NDIA-managed: The National Disability Insurance Agency pays providers on your behalf.
