Certified NDIS Building Works Project Management by CARAS

CARAS are NDIS certified Building Works Project Managers (BWPM) that can also act as Building Construction Professionals (BCP). CARAS provides these services to ensure successful and compliant Complex Home Modifications (CHM) for our Clients.

The NDIS Home Modification Guideline now provide funding for Building Works Project Management for Complex Home Modifications.

Typical Complex home modifications include bathroom reconfigurations, internal and external access upgrades and are usually structural, custom-built changes to your home.

As BWPMs, CARAS manage the design and construction process of a Complex Home Modification (CHM) project from beginning to end, ensuring that the project outcomes meet the goals and objectives of our Clients (the NDIS Participants), which are set out in their NDIS Plan.
