What is a Performance Solution Report (PSR)?

A Performance Solution Report (PSR) is a formal document that explains how a building design achieves compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) fire safety requirements through a performance-based approach rather than relying solely on Deemed-to-Satisfy provisions.
