Performance Solution Report

The Performance Solution Report (PSR) is a formal document that demonstrates how a building or design meets the performance requirements of the National Construction Code (NCC) using an alternative solution, rather than strictly following Deemed-to-Satisfy (DtS) provisions. It provides a structured justification supported by analysis, modelling, and expert judgement.
